Terms of Service

The rules for using this website, applying to the server and buying from the store.

These terms cover your use of the The Last Stand website. By signing in, you agree to them.

Who we are

The Last Stand is an independent, community-run FiveM roleplay server. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, Discord or Valve. Grand Theft Auto and all related marks belong to their owners.

Your account

  • You sign in with your own Discord account. Keep it secure; anything done while signed in as you is your responsibility.
  • One person, one account. Don't apply for or on behalf of someone else.
  • You can link one Steam account that you own. Linking someone else's account is not allowed.

Applications

  • Applying doesn't guarantee a place on the server. Staff decide, and may deny, ask for changes or remove access at their discretion.
  • Answer honestly. Applications that are copied, misleading or abusive can be denied, and repeated abuse can get your account blocked from applying.
  • You let us store your application and share it with our staff team, including in a private staff channel on Discord, so it can be reviewed.

Purchases

  • The store is run by Tebex, our payment partner. Tebex processes every purchase and handles payment, tax, receipts, refunds and chargebacks under its own checkout terms. Read them on the Tebex checkout before you pay.
  • Packages are delivered to the Cfx.re account you sign in with on Tebex. Make sure it's the account you play on.
  • Buying something doesn't place you above the server rules. Staff can still deny applications and remove access for breaking them.
  • Contact staff if a purchase doesn't arrive, and keep the transaction ID from your Tebex receipt.

Conduct

The server rules apply on this website as well as in game and on Discord. Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, and don't use it to harass anyone.

Availability

We run this site in our spare time. It is provided as it is, may change or go offline, and features may be added or removed without notice. Server status and Discord information come from those services and may be out of date.

Ending access

You can stop using the site at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the server rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
